Dola Foundation publishes annual financial reports and impact summaries that are publicly available on our website and submitted to the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh. We are committed to full transparency. 100% of program donations go directly to our six programs — our administrative costs are covered by a separate operational fund and institutional grants.
All major donations receive a printed or digital receipt, and donors can visit our programs in person to see the impact firsthand. We also share regular photo and video updates from the field on our social media channels.
Most of our volunteer roles do not require formal qualifications — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine desire to help. We welcome students, professionals, retirees, and anyone with time to give. However, certain specialized roles (such as healthcare volunteers or IT trainers) may require relevant qualifications or experience.
All volunteers receive orientation training before starting, and ongoing support from our coordination team throughout their service. The minimum age for field volunteers is 16 years old (with parental consent for those under 18).
Absolutely. We actively seek partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Partnership opportunities include event sponsorships, employee volunteer days, cause-marketing campaigns, in-kind donations, and joint program delivery.

If you or someone you know needs assistance through one of our programs (scholarship, medical camp, relief, etc.), you can reach out to us directly by phone (+880 1700-000000), email (info@dolafoundation.org), or by visiting our office in Dhaka. We also work through community leaders and local partner organizations who can refer cases to us.
Our team will assess eligibility based on program-specific criteria (primarily financial need and community vulnerability). We strive to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days and to begin assistance as quickly as possible for urgent cases.
Dola Foundation currently operates in eight districts of Bangladesh: Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Manikganj, Munshiganj, Faridpur, Rajbari, and Madaripur. Our headquarters is in Dhaka, with field offices and partner organizations in each district.
We are actively working to expand our reach to additional districts over the next three years, with a particular focus on the coastal and flood-prone areas of southern Bangladesh.
